Only selected participants whose abstracts have been accepted are invited to proceed with the E-Poster submission.

This is your next step in sharing your research and insights with fellow professionals in pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition.

  • Orientation: Potrait
  • File format: 1-page PDF
  • Maximum file size: 5 MB
  • Language: English
  •  Font size: Minimum 11 pt
  • Image/table resolution: At least 200 dpi
  • No embedded audio/video/files
  • No headers or footers
  • QR codes are allowed if they link to scientific (non-promotional) content
  •  File name must follow the code provided by the committee and use only letters/numbers (no spaces or
    special characters)

Presentaton Details

  • All accepted E-Poster will be presented during the event and considered for recognition or awards.
  • Presentation Time: Maximum 3 minutes
  • Q&A session: 2 minutes
  • Deadline: Friday, June 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM
  • The presenter must not be substituted
  • Please be present 15 minutes before your E-Poster session begins
  • The final appearance and availability of the E-Poster is the presenter’s responsibility
  • Certificates will only be given to participants who attend and present
