The presenter must not be deputized, he must prepare 15 minutes before the e-poster session begins.

The availability and final appearance of the E-Poster is the personal responsibility of the presenter.

Selected E-Poster will have the opportunity to poster presentation where each speaker is given 3 minutes to present, followed by a question session answer for 2 minutes led by a panel of judges

Abstract Format

1.  Abstracts must be original and have never been published or presented at a other scientific meeting

2. Abstract written in English.

3.  Maximum number of words in the abstract (excluding title & keywords): 250 words

4. Abstract written in Times New Roman font size 12, with 1.0 spacing.

5. Abstracts for research reports consist of:

   – Backgrounds

   – Objectives

   – Methods

   – Results

   – Conclusion

   – Keywords

6. Abstracts for case reports consist of:

 – Backgrounds

 – Objective 

 – Case/Cases 

 – Conclusion

 – Keywords

7. The title of the abstract is written in bold with a capital letter starting only with the first letter of the first word title. (Example: “Risk Factors Acute Abdominal Pain  in Children”)

8. Authors and affiliations are typed after the abstract title in non-capital letters, without title or position.

9. The name of the main researcher (Author) is in bold and the name of the presenter is underlined.

10. The name of the institution and city of origin are written as affiliation.

11. If there are images, tables and graphs they must be displayed in JPEG format.

12. Keywords are a maximum of 5 words

Procedures for Submitting Abstracts

1. Abstracts are sent to the committee via web http://www.2ndpegasus-apspghanmasterclass.com with the subject “ABSTRACT” upload

2. Abstracts are sent according to the format determined by the scientific committee (See Abstract Format Section).

3. Abstracts that have been accepted by the committee cannot be changed any further.

4. Abstract presenters must be registered as participants.

5. The abstract sender must be responsible and guarantee that all authors are aware and approve the contents of the abstract before the abstract is sent to the committee.

6. The committee has the right to cancel acceptance of the abstract if it does not meet the stated requirements specified above.

7. The abstract is submitted in the form of a “Word” file (format: .docx) with the file named accordingly complete list of participants (Ex: Abstract- G1 Alexa Tunggal Putri). Participants are permitted to submit more than one abstract.

8. Participants will receive a verification email after the abstract is received and verified by the committee (section scientific).

9. The deadline for submitting abstracts is May 30, 2025, Time. 11.59 PM.

10. Abstracts selected to be presented as e-posters will be announced via the website http://www.2ndpegasus-apspghanmasterclass.com and email notification on May 30, 2025.

E-Poster Presentation

1. Presentations are made in the form of Power Point Slides (format: .PPTx)

2. PPT slides are made in English, but presented in Indonesian / English.

3. Maximum 1 PPT slide, which contains the results of the paper according to the abstract format.

4. Readable font size; Images, photos, graphs and tables can be included in e-posters.

5. Conditions: page size ratio 16:9 (length 33.87 cm and width 19.05 cm); appearance landscape (horizontal orientation); max file size. 5 MB.

6. The maximum presentation duration is 3 minutes and the question and answer session is 2 minutes.

7. PPT slides must be sent in advance to the committee no later than Friday, June 20, 2025 Time 11.59 PM via website http://www.2ndpegasus-apspghanmasterclass.com with subject “E-Poster Presentation” with the file named according to the participant’s Full Name (Example: E-Poster-G1 Alexa Tunggal Putri).

8. The presenter must not be deputized, he must prepare 15 minutes before the e-poster session begins. The availability and final appearance of the e-poster is the personal responsibility of the presenter.

9. Certificates as E-Poster presenters are only given to participants who attend and present.

10. Abstracts and presentations will be assessed by a special jury, who will select the Five best abstracts. The period for displaying electronic posters in related categories is scheduled to start on June 28 2025. 

11. Selected Electronic Posters will have the opportunity to poster presentation where each speaker is given three minutes to present, followed by a question session answer for two minutes led by a panel of judges.
